Taco Roll with Sardines and Eggs



  1. Add 1 pinch of sea salt to each of the 2 eggs and mix well.

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil and lightly brown the sardines in the tomato sauce.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of diced vegetables (strained) to the pan over medium-low heat.

  4. Pour an egg wash over the diced vegetables. Place a slice of Taco crust on top of the egg batter.

  5. Turn the egg around and place a sardine on one side of the egg and fry the Taco crust until lightly charred (about 2 minutes).

  6. Roll up the sardines with the Taco crust on the bottom and enjoy.
