Matcha Ice Cream with Banana and Aloe Vera



  1. Peel and cut the bananas, place them in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until the bananas are hard.

  2. Put the frozen bananas, condensed milk, lemon juice and matcha powder into a blender and smash the ingredients until smooth.

  3. Add half of the aloe vera and let the blender beat for a few seconds in order to keep some chewy texture of the aloe vera in the ice cream.

  4. Freeze (3) for 2-3 hours.

  5. Add the remaining aloe vera on top, which will taste better.
