Peach Glutinous Sweet Rice Rolls

STEPS:

  1. Separate the peach from water and cut them into pieces.

  2. Mix the glutinous rice flour, rice flour, corn starch, sugar and coconut milk. Stir it until it is paste-alike.

  3. Screen the mixture (2) and pour them into a mold with tracing paper. Scrape it smooth with a scraper.

  4. Steam it for 10 mins. Remove it from mold. Let it cool.

  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut on a piece of cling wrap. Put (4) on it.

  6. Tear the tracing paper. Put peaches on it. Roll and cut it.
