Pineapple Honey Cake



  1. Soften the butter at room temperature, sift flour and baking powder together, preheat oven.

  2. Put 2 pieces of pineapple into blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Whisk the butter until soft. Add sugar and beat to milky, then mix with egg.

  4. Sift the mixed flour for 3 times and stir with pineapple mash.

  5. Grease butter on rectangle mould, add (4), put pineapple slices and bake for 25 minutes at 180℃. Take out and glaze honey on top, bake for another 5 mins. Repeat process 2 times. Serve hot.
