INGREDIENTS:
Cod (fresh, fillet) 200 g (7.1 oz.)
Salt a dash
Pepper a dash
Garlic (small) 1 clove
Onion 1 bulb
Butter 1 & 1/2 Tbsp
Del Monte canned whole tomatoes 100 g (3.5 oz.)
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Cheese 40 g (1.4 oz.)
(A) Bouillon
Bouillon cube 1/2
Water 300 ml (10.1 fl. oz.)
STEPS:
Cut the cod into bite-size pieces and sprinkle on salt and pepper.
Mince up the garlic and cut the onion into wedges.
Sauté (2) well in butter, add in (1) and sauté all together, then add in the whole tomatoes and (A), and simmer until the cod is cooked through.
To finish, add in the soy sauce and the coarsely chopped cheese and give all ingredients a quick mix.
