INGREDIENTS
Tortillas (Soft Taco Shells)
80g Pineapple (Chopped)
2 Limes
⅓ Medium Onions (Chopped)
80g Cherry Tomatoes (Chopped)
10g Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
Salt
Black Pepper
STEPS
In a bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn, chopped tomatoes, pineapple, onions, parsley, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Lay out your tortilla and place the sardine flavour of your choice onto the tortilla. Top with pineapple salsa.
Drizzle with pineapple ketchup & enjoy!
