Mixed Fruits Rice Cracker Bar



  1. Melt white Chocolate indirectly over hot water.

  2. Heat the unsalted butter and marshmallow over low heat, stir well with (1)

  3. Add crispy rice and dried fruits, stir constantly.

  4. Place baking sheet on a tray, pour (3) and cover another baking sheet on top. Flatten the surface, chill for 15 mins, cut into cubes.
