Tempura vegetables are perfect! They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, fragrant, and loved by both young and old at home.


Del Monte dips is used as the sauce for vegetables tempura. They are easy to use with the squeeze bottle and offer many flavors to choose from.

INGREDIENTS

  • Del Monte Dips (BBQ, Curry, Chili, Tomato)

  • Sweet potatoes

  • Eggplant

  • Tri-colored Peppers

  • Carrot

  • 100g Cake flour

  • 30g Potato starch

  • 140ml Cold water

STEPS

  1. Cut all the vegetables into desired sizes.

  2. In a bowl, mix cake flour, potato starch, and cold water together; mix well.

  3. Dip the vegetables into the prepared batter and fry at 170 degrees in a deep-fryer.

  4. Fry the tempura vegetables until they turn golden brown.

  5. Serve with your choice of Del Monte dips.

  6. Enjoy!


*Note: This tempura is also perfect with rice. Layer rice, Del Monte dips, and then the tempura on top.
