Chicken upper thigh meat (skinless) 200g

1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 bowl of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of Manji soy sauce

1 teaspoon of cooking wine
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/3 bowl of water
Wash the upper thighs of the chicken, drain, cut into pieces and marinate in the marinade for 10 minutes.
Cut the peppers and onions into pieces and set aside.
Bind the chicken with egg wash, spread with cornstarch and fry in boiling oil until crisp and dry.
Stir fry the garlic and (2) in a frying pan over medium heat, mix in the seasoning sauce and stir fry (3) until reduced.
