Salmon(70 g / 2.5 oz) 2 fillets
Flour proper amount
Salt a dash
Pepper a dash
Salad oil a dash
Cherry tomatoes 4
Lettuce desired amount
Del Monte Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Water 1/2 tbsp
Cut each fillet into chunks and season with salt and pepper.
Carefully wipe away any moisture from the surface of each piece and lightly cover in flour.
Spread salad oil in fry pan and fry both sides of each piece over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Lower to medium heat and continue to fry until cooked through to the center. Pour in (A) and mix well.
Arrange on a plate and garnish with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
