Vermicelli 1 bundle
Minced Pork 100g
Celery 3 pcs
Cherry Tomato 6
Lime Juice 1 tsp
Fish Sauce 2 tsp
Sugar & Chili Powder some
Cook vermicelli until soft. Drain and reserve.
Marinade minced meat for 10 minutes. Heat up the pan and fry the pork until well done.
Cut shallot, celery into pieces and cut cherry tomato into a half.
Place vermicelli and (3) in a bowl, mix with thai sweet chili sauce. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.
