Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet with Pineapple Salsa

STEPS

1. Wash and drain fish fillet. Marinade with pepper, salt and cornstarch for 5 minutes.


2. Dice pineapple, green pepper and red pepper. Set aside.


3. Heat the pot with ginger. Pan-fry fish fillet and set aside.


4. Heat another pan. Stir-fry green pepper and red pepper. Add sauce and pineapple, then toss well. Pour over fish fillet, serve hot.

做法:

1. 先將魚柳洗淨抹乾,以醃料醃5分鐘。


2. 將菠蘿粒及青、紅椒切碎粒備用。


3. 燒熱平底鍋,加入薑煎熟魚柳,盛起備用。


4. 另加熱油鑊,加入青、紅椒碎略炒,倒入醬汁,放入菠蘿粒同煮,淋上魚柳即成。

INGREDIENTS

Del Monte Pineapple Chunks (M) 1/3 can


Fish Fillet 1 pc


Green Pepper 1/2 pc


Red Pepper 1/2 pc


Ginger 1 slice



Marinade:


Pepper and Salt a pinch


Cornstarch 1 tbsp



Sauce: 


Del Monte Tomato Chili Ketchup 4 tbsp 


Sugar 2 tsp


Water 2 tbsp

材料:

地捫菠蘿粒(中罐) 1/3罐


鮫魚/魚柳 1片


青椒


紅椒 各1/2個


薑 1片 



醃料:


胡椒粉


鹽 少許


生粉 1湯匙 



醬汁:


地捫香辣番茄汁 4湯匙


糖 2茶匙


水 2湯匙
