Thai Minced Meat Vermicelli Salad

STEPS

1. Cook vermicelli until soft. Drain and reserve.


2. Marinade minced meat for 10 minutes. Heat up the pan and fry the pork until well done.


3. Cut shallot, celery into pieces and cut cherry tomato into a half.


4. Place vermicelli and (3) in a bowl, mix with thai sweet chili sauce. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.

做法:

1. 先將粉絲用滾水煮至軟身瀝水備用。


2. 免治豬肉以醃料醃10鐘,加熱油鑊炒熟。


3. 將乾葱切片、芹菜切段及車厘茄切半。


4. 將粉絲及(3)放入碗,混入泰式甜辣醬拌勻,最後加青檸汁即成。

Vermicelli 1 bundle


Minced Pork 100g


Celery 3 pcs 


Shallot 1


Cherry Tomato 6


Lime Juice 1 tsp



Marinade: 


Fish Sauce 2 tsp


Sugar & Chili Powder some

車厘茄 6粒


青檸汁1茶匙



醃料:


魚露2茶匙



辣椒粉適量
