Black Pepper Rice with Beef and Corn


Black Pepper Sauce:

  • Onion ¼ pc

  • Garlic 3 cloves

  • Soy Sauce 3 tsp

  • Mirin 3 tsp, Water 5 tsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

  • Honey 1 tsp


  1. Chop the onion and garlic; Dice the scallion.

  2. Make the sauce: add little oil over medium-low heat, fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add soy sauce, mirin, water, black pepper and honey and cook until slightly thickened.

  3. Beat with a blender and serve as a sauce.

  4. Heat a pan over medium-low heat, add a layer of oil, and put a bowl of rice at the center.

  5. After the pan is heated, place the beef round the rice.

  6. Place a slice of butter, black pepper, Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn and scallion on the rice.

  7. Pour the sauce, turn off the heat and enjoy when the beef is half cooked.
