
INGREDIENTS:
Rice 1 bowl
Beef 200g
Butter 1 pc
Scallion appropriate
Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
Black Pepper Sauce:
Onion ¼ pc
Garlic 3 cloves
Soy Sauce 3 tsp
Mirin 3 tsp, Water 5 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
STEPS:
Chop the onion and garlic; Dice the scallion.
Make the sauce: add little oil over medium-low heat, fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add soy sauce, mirin, water, black pepper and honey and cook until slightly thickened.
Beat with a blender and serve as a sauce.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat, add a layer of oil, and put a bowl of rice at the center.
After the pan is heated, place the beef round the rice.
Place a slice of butter, black pepper, Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn and scallion on the rice.
Pour the sauce, turn off the heat and enjoy when the beef is half cooked.
