Hot Dog Buns 2 pcs
Pork Sausage 2 pieces
Yellow mustard 30g
Peel and slice the onion; poke a hole in the pork sausage with a toothpick; mix with the mustard and mayonnaise and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok and fry the onions over medium heat until soft and golden brown (about 7 minutes).
In the same pan, fry the pork sausage over medium-low heat for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown on top and cooked through inside.
In the same pan (add a little more oil if there is not enough), open the hot dog bun and fry on a low heat with the inside facing the bottom until slightly crispy.
Turn the bun upside down and add the onions, pork sausage, baked beans with tomato sauce and mozzarella in that order.
Remove the hot dog and serve with mustard mayonnaise.
