Ketchup Beef Kinpira






INGREDIENTS:

  • Beef (for grilling) 20 g (7.0 oz.)

  • Sweet potatoes 100 g (3.5 oz.)

  • Celery 1 stalk

  • Bell pepper (red) 1

  • Salad oil 1 tsp

  • Butter 1 tsp


MARINADE:

  • Tomato ketchup 2 Tbsp

  • Soy Sauce 1/2 Tbsp

  • Japanese Mirin 1 Tbsp

  • Salt 1/5 tsp


SEASONING:

  • Salt a dash

  • Black pepper a dash


STEPS:


  1. Julienne the beef into thick strips and cover lightly with salt and black pepper to pre-season.

  2. Julienne the sweet potatoes also into thick sticks, rinse in water and drain.
