Beef (for grilling) 20 g (7.0 oz.)
Sweet potatoes 100 g (3.5 oz.)
Celery 1 stalk
Bell pepper (red) 1
Salad oil 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce 1/2 Tbsp
Japanese Mirin 1 Tbsp
Salt 1/5 tsp
Salt a dash
Black pepper a dash
Julienne the beef into thick strips and cover lightly with salt and black pepper to pre-season.
Julienne the sweet potatoes also into thick sticks, rinse in water and drain.
De-thread the celery, julienne into thick sticks and do the same with the bell pepper as well.
Heat the salad oil in a frypan, add and melt the butter and sauté (1).
Add in (2) and sauté further, add in (3) and sauté, add in marinade and simmer on low heat until the cooking liquid evaporates.
