Red & White Jelly Bites
INGREDIENTS
20g Agar Agar Powder
65g Almond Jelly Powder
330ml water
STEPS
Mix Del Monte Cranberry Juice and agar agar powder together. Bring to a boil.
Scoop some Del Monte Fresh Cut Fruit Cocktail into each of your molds.
Pour the boiled agar agar mixture into the molds, let it cool, and set.
Mix Almond Jelly Powder and water together. Bring to a boil.
Pour the Almond Jelly into the same molds and let it set.
Chill in the fridge and enjoy!
Mini Burger Sliders
INGREDIENTS
250g Pork Chop (boneless) or any other meat of choice
3 Mini Buns
A handful of Lettuce
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash of Ground Pepper
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
4 tbsp Del Monte Pineapple Ketchup
Oil for frying
STEPS
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan and pan-fry the meat on medium-high heat for 3 minutes each side or until it turns light golden brown. Remove from the pan.
Add Del Monte Pineapple Ketchup to a clean pan, add the meat, and mix well. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Grill the pineapple slices at 240°C for 6 minutes.
Assemble the burger sliders and enjoy!
