INGREDIENTS:
Onion 1/2 bulb
Spaghetti(uncooked) 160 g (5-1/2 oz.)
Olive oil 1 Tbsp
Seafood mix 200 g (7 oz.)
Basil if desired
(A)
Del Monte Tomato Sauce 100 g (3-1/2 oz.)
Water 1 cup
STEPS:
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Add salt (extra) to a large amount of boiling water, boil the spaghetti, and then drain in a strainer.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, and saute the onions and seafood mix.
Add (A) to (3) and cook for 5 minutes. When thickened into a sauce, add and coat (2) with the sauce.
Serve on plates garnished with basil if you wish.
