INGREDIENTS:
Macaroni 160g
Small Tomato 3 pcs
Onion ½ pc
Bay Leaves 3 pcs
Thyme Few
Sugar 1 tbsp
Sea Salt 1 tsp
Water 1L
STEPS:
Chop the onion; dice the tomatoes.
Boil a pot of water, add a little olive oil and cook the macaroni for 5 minutes. Then drain and set aside.
Heat the pot over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and saute the onions until soft. Then, add the tomatoes and mix well.
Add Del Monte Tomato Paste, bay leaves, thyme, water and cook for 7 minutes.
Add Del Monte Mixed Vegetables, season with sea salt and sugar, and cook for 3 more minutes.
Put the macaroni into the vegetable soup, mix well and turn off the heat to serve.
